Social Media. Everyone’s talking about it. Fewer understand it. Only a minority are using it to its full effect.
We have worked with organisations, big and small, in health, local government and private sectors, to design and implement cost-effective strategies to enable them to exploit it in the most productive and efficient way in their own specific context.
That’s because we understand that social media is not simply a catch-all, one-size fits all, solution.
We begin by benchmarking how the organisation currently understands and deploys social media. Then we design an Improvement Plan containing a suite of solutions, channels and processes to help it either get up and running or maximise its existing social media activities. We are happy either deploying the strategy ourselves for our clients over an extended period or supporting them to be self-sufficient as quickly as possible.
Being a social movement, it’s no surprise that social media is at the heart of NHS Change Day. And we were at the heart of its social media strategy, as its Social Media Lead for 2013 and 2014.
The NHS Leadership Academy's Nye Bevan Leadership Programme is aimed at senior NHS leaders who have led larger functions or departments for some time and are thinking of moving up to the organisation’s top team. Since 2014, we have led its Social Media component.
The Social Media Capability Assessment is a powerful analysis and benchmarking solution that enables users to objectively assess their organisation’s current social media capability, set goals for improvement and develop and manage implementation of a tightly outcomes-focussed Improvement Plan. To date, we have successfully carried out Capability Assessments for over 400 individuals in more than 30 public sector organisations.
